C.C.A. :
The Vidyalaya promises to provide a valuable foundation in the building up of not only academic excellence but also character and overall growth of the students.Co-curricular activities form an integral part of the school curriculum and a good number of students participate in some activity or the other so as to top their innate potential.

The Vidyalaya is divided into 4 houses from class I to XII for 2007-08. Ashoka House, Bhjagat Singh House, Chanakya House and Dayanand House. Inter House competitions are conducted as various topics like Environment, Patriotism, Heritage, Culture, Festivals. Workshops are also done on Reading skills, personal and community Hygiene. Days are observed like Martyr's day, Environment day, National Integration day etc.
YOGA :
"Healthy mind in a healthy body" keeping this maxim in mind the students are given trainingin various yoga exercises to keep their body hale and hearty.

SCIENCE & SOCIAL SCIENCE EXHIBITION :
To meet the challenges of the life & infuse in the minds of the young ones the feeling of courage, vigour and vitality Adventure Club organises activities like cross-country race & trekking etc. every year. Recently the Vidyalaya under took a trip to Jodhpur AFRI, Desert Learning Programme. These provide the students greater exposure and opportunity to test their physical aptitude.

Social Science exhibition and Science exhibition are regular feature in the vidyalaya was also very successful. The school stood First in the group song (Bangla) in the region. Models & Pottery relating to Konark Temple, Mummies of Egypt were selected. In Science exhibition, 'Depletion of Ozone layer' Project was selected at the National level. The students participated in the KVS incentive Award 2004 presenting a Rajasthani folk dance with 35 students.

PARENT-TEACHER ASSOCIATION :
Parent Teacher meetings are conducted after every term to apprise the parents of the students' progress and also to get a feed back from the parents for the betterment of the students

CAREER COUNSELING :
In an endeavor to help the young minds to understand their strength and weaknesses (potential) and also for deciding their future, career planning workshops are organized from time to time Expert guidance is also available for providing them with requisite know-how of the emerging trends.
